Terms of use
Draft. The full Terms of Use are being reviewed by a lawyer and will be published here before Takkar opens to everyone. Until then, these short terms cover this website and the app beta.
What Takkar is
- Takkar is a practice game for people preparing for government exams. It is in beta.
- Takkar is for people aged 18 and over.
- Takkar has no cash prizes, betting, paid contests or rewards worth money, and never will.
- Takkar does not promise selection, ranks or results in any exam.
- Takkar is independent and not affiliated with any organisation that conducts exams. Exam names only describe who the practice is for.
Using the Takkar beta
- The beta is free. Plus is not on sale, and nobody is charged.
- You play as a guest: your progress is kept on your phone or in your browser only, and it is lost if you clear that data. Things may change or reset between versions.
- Squads, educator leagues and the ranks of other players are previews with sample players. Your own scores in them are real.
- Questions are generated and checked by our engine. If you find a wrong one, please flag it in the app.
- Play yourself. Do not use bots, scripts or other tricks to play or to change scores.
Using this website
- Join the early-access list only with your own email address.
- Do not try to break, overload or misuse the website.
- The Takkar name, logo and design belong to Takkar. Please do not copy them.
